***** Do you ship to international addresses?
At present we are not able to ship to international addresses. We are currently investigating how we can offer our products to our friends outside of the United States. Please accept our apologies.

***** How much do you charge for shipping and handling?
SHIPPING AND HANDLING RATES:
An estimate of the shipping charges will be provided to you at checkout. The actual shipping charges will often be less than the estimated charges (they will never be more than the estimated shipping charges).

***** What shipping method does Romen Graphics use?
Romen Graphics uses Federal Express and USPS as the primary carriers for most small items. Romen Graphics uses Fedex Home Delivery and USPS service for delivery to residential addresses. Larger items are shipped via UPS. These companies provide fast reliable service.

***** Where does Romen Graphics ship from?
Romen Graphics operates out of San Antonio, Texas. In addition, we have a network of suppliers which can drop ship special items to you directly.

***** When will I get my shipment?
PROCESSING TIME:
 Once that you have completely checked out of your shopping cart, Romen Graphics will receive confirmation that your order is ready for processing. At that point your order will be shipped immediately. Any items that are not in stock will be back-ordered and will be shipped as soon as they arrive in our receiving area.
     If you have placed your order over the phone or using the mail-in order form, then all in-stock products will be shipped as soon as your Credit Card or Check information is verified (checks must also clear your bank before shipment of your product occurs). This is usually immediately for Credit cards, and 5 days for checks. For security reasons, voice confirmation may be required before we can process your credit card or check for payment.
TRANSIT TIME:
 UPS Ground: 3 - 8 Business Days
 USPS: 1 - 5 Business days
 Fedex Home Delivery 1 - 5 Business days
 Fedex Second Day: 2 Business Days
 Fedex Next Day Air: 1 Business Day

TOTAL TIME FOR DELIVERY: Total time is based on the amount of time it takes to get payment authorization, order processing, and the transit time from the carrier. This can range from 24 hours to 10 days for in-stock items.

***** Do I have to sign for my package?
For security reasons, all large shipments require a signature at the receiving location. Smaller orders may be be shipped without signature verification. However, most orders use delivery confirmation.

***** Can I track my package?
YES! All Romen Graphics customers can now track their order online via the Fedex tracking system. The Fedex Tracking number will be e-mailed to you as soon as your order is shipped. Get full order status, including estimated date and time of arrival of your order within seconds! Click here to track your order.
Orders using USPS priority mail have a delivery confirmation number that indicates when an order is delivered.
